Seems logical next step. Are these to be done before North Stand?

I'm guessing the by adding more accessible seating as part of this it opens up the opportunity to join up the lower tiers of the Trinity, and get the final capacity over 50k when everything is done.  Surprised they haven't done more with that corner between Witton and the Holte though, there is space there to do a fair bit more than just what looks like a single deck for accessible seats.

This application seeks planning permission for the following development:

“Infill of south-east and south-west corners of stadium; demolition of existing structures; and
associated work.

The proposed infill of the south-west and south-east corners of the stadium will increase spectator
capacity in these areas to approximately 900 seats.

The south-west corner between the Holte End and Trinity Road currently comprises general
admission seating at ground level, with hospitality seating at upper floors (to the north) and servicing
runs/stairs. The back of the LED screen is also visible from Trinity Road.

3.2.2. The redevelopment of the south-west corner will comprise a four-storey extension of the Trinity
Road Stand and allow lounge users direct access to their seats. The development will also provide a
connection to the Holte End concourse improvements to the connecting façade between the Holte
End and Trinity Road Stands along Trinity Road to tie the stands together and reflect the use of red
brick across the stadium.

3.2.3. The extension to Trinity Road Stand will be clad in trapezoidal metal profile panels, to act as a
continuation of the Trinity Road Stand façade and read as an extension of the existing building.

3.2.4. The proposed south-west corner will tie into the existing Trinity Road Stand hospitality and increase
the capacity in this area of the stand to approximately 900 seats (both general admission and
hospitality) and 5-10 wheelchair spaces.

That looks awful, I hope it's just down to it being a cheap and quick rendering.

They've left the gap so the Legia fans can still throw stuff at me, I see.

If you look closely at the plans, it also shows 3 new rows at the back of the Lower Trinity and the removal of the middle tier entrances to the pleb seats.

For all my critisism of the North project, I think the bowl optimisation is really good.

The picture of the 3 hospitilty decks does look bad, but it's just an extension of what is already there so I don't think it will be that noticeable.

Good progress.

Whatever is said about this corporate stuff not selling out, they seem pretty confident about ROI.

The left-hand side are GA seats. Another 400/500ish.

Yes, but they’re adding corporate as well though, right?
