No, I want to know more about the motive for murder.

He brought up the Mings v Pau debate one too many times.

Yeah, it's somewhere in a field in Lincolnshire.

How do they transport the pitches - are they rolled-up like carpets and bunged into the back of a transit van?

I saw an African guy reversing his transit van up Witton Lane yesterday.  I assume it was the pitch being delivered. He may have been Dutch, African van Reverser.

Technology has moved on from Old Doug and his green sand  ;)

Those pitches of yesteryear were something to behold, remember when they thought that building the North Stand was responsible for a terrible playing surface. Imagine playing out from the back with that🤪

In the middle of the night it feels alright...but then Jermaine Jenas twists his foot on the sprinkler system built into the Villa Park turf and you want to call your mother and say "Mother, JJ's a wrong 'un but we're on the hook for his full salary and he'll be injured for his entire spell with us"... doesn't quite yet scan, will revert.

In an exciting development, I can reveal that the capacity of VP has gone up again. I have to check every August for Guess The Crowd!

Last summer it went up by almost 300 to 42,918.
This summer it has gone up by almost that many to 43,205!

I have rumbled their cunning plan. We’re going to get to 100,000* by stealth!

I think so. Needs to be sorted a year in advance of 2028 if we are to host Euros games.

On that point, any more news of the station upgrade work since the funding was announced?

Assuming we do go over 43k for a leage game it would be the first time since 1994 and the second since 1981.

My Season Ticket hasn't appeared in my wallet, I have to get it from a messed up bloke in Camden Town.

It should increase again the season after to 45,000 when they add ~1500 to the Trinity by making it 2 tiers instead of 3.

I remember the WBA game at home in the title season, the crowd was 47998 (capacity 48000) we were sat in the North Stand with 2 empty seats about 3 places away from us!!
