i never want to play in a bowl , but if are going to compete we have to continue to expand Villa park if we can
We need to bite the bullet and sort the Witton Lane stand out even if that means a massive cantilever / road diversion / tunnel and CPO's . That stand is the golden goose opportunity now

I like the guy at 1.32 in the old Aston Hotel (now a HMO) mooning at the camera  :D

Hard to imagine in one week we will have a pitch in perfect condition to play on

The bloke on the North stand car park told me last week, construction work will start on the 16th August. Good to see the Warehouse progressing.

I hope they've bled the radiators and repressurised the boiler.

I'd like the return of massive AV floodlights.

the old Aston Hotel (now a HMO)

What a waste if true , the club should buy that and return it to its former glory

Is that an extension to the Aston Hotel that backs right on to (ie semi detached to) the Warehouse?

They're going to love having gigs with 5,000 people at them the other side of their walls.

That’s what it looks like. Another one along the side as well.

The building next to the AH, to the right of it as you approach at street level, used to host roller discos.

All these places (and The Majestic) would be better utilised selling revenue-generating over-priced beer to Villa fans IMO.

As a grizzly aside, somebody I knew was murdered in the car park of the Aston Hotel. He was a Villa fan.

No wonder we are usually away on the first game of the season.  Talk about leaving it tight.

Those new seats angled in at the corner on lower Witton. I wonder if the people who go there walk in front or behind the wheelchair users.
