The Mancs are claiming that 92,000 jobs will be created: I'd like to see the maths on that calculation.

Attendees will be paid to clear up after themselves. And charged more for their ticket to pay for it.

So Utd have an old Jaguar, and are having a new Bentley...
..and Villa have an old Granada, and we are having 2 front wings fitted..

Villa have a vintage Rolls Royce (!)

How much will this extension to the North cost? £10m? £20m?

I thought you had an ITK on this - tap them up.

Lots of builders, then serving staff / stewards / extra people to look after the tv screens / cleaning staff etc. All used to guess at an attractive figure for all the publicity gumpf and sell onto the people begging the government for money.

Has anyone taken into account all the extra traffic on the motorways from all four corners of the country? Service stations everywhere will need new staff. Then there's the extra 10,000 half and half scarf scarf sellers all round the ground?

Looks legit!

If so, wouldn't it increase the capacity to above 49k?

Looks like GA+ along the front with its own entrances.

It could be a wind-up...I'm no expert on such things, but it looks like a lot of work would still need to be done to widen and build round the current stand.

If they're losing a row of boxes then you'd imagine seat prices will be high to cover that.

I think the work we are seeing at the moment is the feasibility/investigation work. Thats easily £20m-£30m.
