Ozzy and Sabbath playing VP on 5th July...last ever gig.
I was at their last last ever gig a few years back!

Pah, my first Quo gig was on their Farewell Tour in 1984. I saw them 15 times after that.

And it's very brave of you to admit it.
Quo, 15 times  :-[down down deeper and d0wn X15

Seen Quo once a free ticket (£1 booking fee) from SFF . It was a while after Rick Parfiff had passed away. Me and my mate really enjoyed it . I texted another mate to see if he wanted a free ticket. His response.."I'd rather boil my own eyelids."  The Quo really are a marmite group !

Took my late father in law as a surprise back in the 90's, they were bloody great.

I've seen them three times. At some Radio 1 Party in the Park in Sutton Park I think along with Aswad, The Farm and Del Amitri (DA were surprisingly good). Then on some Rock til you Drop thing where they played 4 gigs in one day or summat and the Frantic Four at Wolvo with the original line up. They were great every time.

In only copped them on their decline so it got worse with every tour. The Frantic Four reunion gigs were great, I'd loved to have seen them in the mid 70's at the height of their powers and when luminaries such as Peel and Weller used to attend their gigs.

Live from '76, recorded at the Glasgow Apollo is brilliant.

And an up and coming Take That.  Quo were very good that day.

I just dreamt I'd just read a page of comments where normally sane posters kept going on about Status Quo being good. It was weird.

It certainly messed up the status quo of the forum.

I reckon Quo would have been great if you went with the sole intention of having fun.

I know.

Standards on this forum have really gone down down, deeper and down.

That's why this site is so good, you can talk about whatever you want.

Even Weller thought the Quo were boss live.
