As I said in season ticket section perhaps it's a neutral zone to get cash from away sides.

There's a tunnel in that area . Might be the access / egress for GA+.

So it looks like new hospitality areas are:

Doug Ellis
M1 & M2 (part) - Half way block
I assume back rows of entire lower

North Stand
R2 (Lower) (good luck selling those tickets between two sets of braying fans doing wanker signs all match)
R7 (Lower) - small slice at back of block
I assume back rows of entire lower?

T5 (Upper) - middle part of block

Trinity
B4 - a section that was previously 1888 seats is now full hospitality
A2 - not highlighted on seating plan but I assume people have been moved to create more seats for Lower Grounds

Safe Standing
Holte Upper - rear
Holte Lower?

Anything else?  What will be next summer?  My guess would be C4 & C5, the rest of the 1888 seats and maybe a central block in DE upper.

So it looks like the 2500/3000 extra seats Heck promised us turned out to be bollox?

Getting rid of the Witton and North stand boxes and backfilling with rows of seats will add surely.

Is that what's happening? Even if it is you'd be lucky to get more than 500 seats in their place.

Pretty sure the Witton boxes are going to make way for additional rows of seats .

Where on earth have you got that from?

How many seats do you think they'd get in those spaces, given they'd have to be at the correct angle to the pitch? Fewer than are already in there.

So sticking middle class away fans in the middle of our Ultras section. What could possibly go wrong.

People are just guessing Tim.  It would certainly be novel selling away corporate.  I think it's very unlikely.

I think it will be more aimed at home fans on an all you can eat/drink package , that would work well in that area .
