It's getting that bad it may take some kind if protest to make ourselves heard. I'm pretty sure Heck will know about all the issues we're having but we don't know if the owners are aware.

Problems like the shit kiosks and terrible toilets have been brought up at the fan consultation meetings time and time again.

But does the word get back to the owners?

It shouldn't need to get back to the owners, though, should it?

There is zero fucking excuse for charging your 'GA' (or 'legacy' as they probably call them) 50 60, 70 quid a ticket and subjecting them to conditions like that.

What other pastime is there that costs you so much money and inflicts such abysmal conditions on you?

They ignore it because they think they can get away with it. I am amazed that Chris Heck reckoned it was OK, he can do that puff piece like last week on the amazing £8k season tickets and the stunning lounges, and just leave an utterly fucking revolting problem like that untouched.

It is absolutely disgusting. It shouldn't need Edens or Sawiris to know about it. They appoint people like Heck, Hatton et al to deal with this stuff. And they're not.

I wonder if Heck will introduce a festival style ticket price band where you get to use better (working) toilets, with luxuries like toilet paper, running water and soap.

I was trying to buy tickets to the Wolves game for my friend. He wants to take his two boys to their first Villa game. They live in Cambridgeshire and he wants to stop them from becoming Tottenham, Man Utd or Arsenal fans like their friends.

I'm a claret member and as far as I'm aware, after checking the site every day for three weeks, tickets only went on sale to members at 5pm last night. I only pay the money for membership in the hope of getting a couple of tickets.

Absolutely fuck all anywhere in the ground unless he wants to spend about £300. He's a single parent and simply can't afford that.

His boys are 7 and 9 and he wants them to be Villa fans for life. Their birthdays are close together around September and he saw it as a nice treat for them.

I'm not normally one to badmouth the club, but after five years of being unable to get tickets for me (35), my dad (67) and my brother (29) unless they're singles scattered all over the place, I now feel I've let my friend down.

All that said, to then come on here and read about huge queues, wet paint and blocked urinals?

Well, I can understand where some of the anger comes from.

The site is so unpredictable it feels at present, as I have only two STs and try to take two little ones I’m constantly juggling.

Lots of times it shows only the GA+ but when I am logged in under a claret member profile and if the wind is blowing the right way it shows actual availabilit. Eg I’ll attach a north upper block, so there is plenty there still, you will need multiple claret memberships for multiple tix though. Will DM you.

Also it may be that even if claret members, there needs for Wolves to be a recent booking history

Current window is
“ Claret, Villan and Cub Members with a Home League Booking HIstory since 2016-17”

Bollocks.

My brother worked at the club from 2016-2021 and he bought all my tickets while we were in the Championship.

So I have no booking history as far as the club is aware.

Well nobody seems to be addressing the problems so maybe it should go back to the owners.

Heck will have a list of excuses as long as your arm, everything about him tells you he isn’t going to take responsibility, front up and sort it out. He has been here long enough and fucked up enough to tell you what type of Bloke he is.

We know what we're dealing with when it comes to someone like Heck.

Instead of fronting up last Summer and revealing their intentions for the Holte Suite we were faced with a wall of silence, some unfounded rumours and eventually the big reveal of the LG and a big fuck you to the ST holders. Had they been a bit more honest and detailed just why they needed to capitalise on the space in order to increase revenue it would have been more palatable to swallow, yes we'd still moan but that cloak of mystery sowed the seeds of suspicion and mistrust and it's never gone away.

Throw last Saturday into the mix, along the with the badge and sundry other fiasco's and you have a lot of goodwill to pull back.

When the goodwill of the brand is indexed to the customers personal identity, he really doesn't. This is what makes football an exploitative industry. We're not going anywhere and you could have awful queues all season, awful over flowing toilets- and Villa Park will still be rammed for 25/26.

They have a monopoly on our interests and that makes an intangible asset like goodwill operate completely different in a football context.

But why not take the little time/expense to foster that goodwill? In the grand scheme of things, reliable plumbing in the gents, enough stewards rostered for match-day, decent food and beverage choice with trained staff....it's all such easy stuff to sort out or at least it should be.
