For all the unjustified shit Villa fans got for not giving Bruce a chance because he used to manage Blues, we were miles more accepting of him than Newcastle fans.

I don't recall any of the criticism of McLeish or Bruce being Small Heath related. Unless they themselves played that card for spin.

Konsa MOTM for me not a foot wrong. It was if Newcastle could see there was no way past him and gave up

Jamie Carragher -"Newcastle are becoming a nothing team with nothing performances. The fans don't like the owner, the manager or the team".
I really enjoyed Jamie's commentary. He stays away from the usual sound bite crap and really understands the game. I think he'd have Konsa in the England set up at a shot. Hopefully Southgate was listening.

Jacks face was superb.

Didn't need a 5th yellow card, just needs to negotiate Burnley and Southampton in the next week without one.
Like a smacked arse.

I nearly changed channels just but then realised we had the Brucie Bonus of his post match excuses/interview.
