We could be 4-0 up with two minutes to go and I'd still be nervous.

This. I don't think I relaxed against Liverpool till our seventh went in.
In fairness that's more understandable against their front three. Without Saint-Maximin (and God knows what shape he's in post-long-Covid) these have the worst attack in the league after Sheff Utd.

Not for me. Caroll and Wilson both light years ahead of any front two Baggies could put out. Agree on Sheffield United. Abominable attack.
Fair enough, I had completely forgotten about West Brom. Which is probably for the best. And I was a bit harsh on Wilson as I forgot he played for Newcastle, was focused more on Carroll (who did used to be good, but his day is passed) and Almiron, who I have previously gone on record as identifying as the worst "luxury creative" player in the league (since superceded by Pepe at Arsenal).

You say that, but apart from that one ninety minutes against us - was he?

Yes and much too confident. It could still turn out to be one of those horrible ones.

One of my favourite things about Jack is that you can lip read his accent "Oh my God!".
