We could be 4-0 up with two minutes to go and I'd still be nervous.

This. I don't think I relaxed against Liverpool till our seventh went in.

Part of the issue is that Newcastle are just so shit we might get a little complacent and let them back in by something careless. If they just came at us a bit vs parking the bus we’d score a hatful.

I hope we get a third, because I’m worried Newcastle are going to roll their sleeves up and get their boots on any minute now

I think Barkley's looking like he needs some minutes, so I'd leave him on. Ramsey for Luiz, mebbe El Ghazi for Grealish, Trez for Traore for the last ten.

It was when the 6th went in I started to relax.

I know Saint Maximin is a good player but the way he’s being highlighted you’d think they are about to bring on Ronaldo to save the day

In fairness that's more understandable against their front three. Without Saint-Maximin (and God knows what shape he's in post-long-Covid) these have the worst attack in the league after Sheff Utd.

If only that mid air back heel of Barkley's had gone in it would have been priceless.
