Never thought I would say this, but well done VAR for once, picked up the fact Schar had touched the ball, so Ollie could not be offside. What a strike from that man Bert.

Safe to say the Gawdies are not overly happy with Mr Bruce.

So a great Brucie halftime hair dryer  and Newcastle come out a different team?

Yep, and a half time gobble off Kelly Cates for me.

We are so bloody good to watch it’s untrue. The passing, the give and go. The most attractive side we’ve had since 1995-96.

Lovely finish by Traore with his right foot, which should show (to himself) that he does not need to always be bringing the ball back onto his left.

Still lots to do for us.

I suspect Saint-Maximin will be on at HT for them.

I think he was trying to pass it back to Jack ;)

To be fair though, Newcastle have had a bit of a go, they have had good possession and we have had to defend a lot of crosses.
They are just not very good though.

Very solid. Good shout to bring in Nakamba I reckon. Dougie has been able to get forward more. Marv has done really well. Claims the ball and just lays it off easy. Only criticism is he doesn’t then move away

Kelly Cates suggesting that tonight we have benefited from the same rule that did for us at Citeh.

He was more offside than about 4 of his other disallowed goals.
That's what I thought. I really don't understand the offside rule anymore.

When we get our 4th I hope we test the new offside rules.
