We're a bit thin at CB - seems Freddie will be playing there tonight. Will be good to see how Bert gets on

A tad concerned whether my match pass was £10 well spent.

I'd hoped for stronger but have no idea if they're playing a weakened team as I haven't heard of any of them.

Still no Engels.

Jack and Luiz have the night off. Cash too? Surprised, he's not earned royalty status yet. And the stories about Samatta in Turkey look to be true. No Jota either, maybe he's also negotiating a move.

Christ trying to be positive but ... WTF is that! Before seeing the line up I thought this would be tricky, now I'm certain we will lose tonight. BC are no mugs, made a great start to the season, they'll see this as a big scalp, and we have put out very much a reserve side.

I don't get it.

Hmm. Seeing how the draw pans out, I think I’d have liked a slightly stronger team. Sure, rest a couple. But w shave a, on paper ,straightforward  route to quarter finals ?

If ever we needed reminding how weak our squad depth is, that lineup certainly does the trick.

I can understand why the team is like it is. We have another game on Monday then another cup game next week should we go though followed by Liverpool a few days later. Might as well use the squad.

Freddie playing centre half? Interesting, I had a feeling they might be viewing him as cover for that position now.

I'd much rather play a few of the youth team and enjoy seeing what they can do see what they offer
than see Lansbury Hause, Taylor El Ghazi lumbering around all night

Looks like we’re trying to get knocked out and reduce our fixture congestion with that lineup.
