Without wishing to appear sexist, why don't they make the pitches and goals a bit smaller? The goalies are made to look even worse by the fact that most of them seem to be about 5'6". Most male keepers are a foot taller than that, and 6'1" would be considered too small for a bloke in today's game. Women play fewer sets in tennis and they use mostly use shorter, lighter clubs in golf, as examples of sports making changes to suit the fact that women on average are smaller than men.

Big clubs may be able to do this, but would local councils be able to do it for park pitches? Or would they have to segregate some pitches so that only girls/women can play on them, due to the specifications? They could also try scouting tall girls/women for potential keepers.
The women’s game is where FFP or a draft system to even out talent would be more relevant than it is in the men’s - it is possible in WSL to buy success relatively quickly as Manchester United are proving & Manchester City have already done.Goalkeepers was always the reason I didn’t watch but last World Cup they were at least adequate, you would hope with most clubs being aligned to a pro Mens team that they are pooling coaching (once Covid is done!) - would like to think Cutler & his goalie staff are also working with the women keepers

Both are full time jobs, and why would you undermine the women by combining training with the men? It would be a distraction and surely demotivating for the women.
