I like Guilbert too.
Having him and Cash means we have quality x 2 at RB...and Cash could even play a bit further forward, says my Forest supporting mate.

Agree with this and hope it’s the case

I rate Cash but I always thought of him as more of a midfielder as opposed to a defender. Also Wikipedia has him listed as a midfielder. Surely if we are going to sign Cash we have to sign Lolley too  ;)

Is Lolley a striker? I'd like us to buy a proven goal-scorer at this level.

Surprised it's being covered in the Big Apple. ;)

I was in Newark Airport in 2003 and recall a huge Bolton Wanderers advertisement billboard. Very odd.

Yeah, you’d have thought Newark would be Nottingham Forest territory...

Great name, sounds like he should be corner forward for Cork's hurlers.

A name like that around these parts (south east) would suggest a proficiency in tarmacadam construction....🤪

If this happens I can see Cash and Guilbert being a very dynamic pair on the right for us.

I sincerely hope we don't try that. Does moving right backs onto the right wing ever work? Horrible memories of both Bruce and Smith trying Elmo on right wing, or Mick McCarthy trying Gary Kelly or later Matt Doherty for Ireland there.

Guilbert had a mixed season, very good start and finish and a horrible patch of form in between. But is a player I thought worth keeping faith with. Very surprised to see right back is the first position we are looking to strengthen. To be honest, with the price quoted I'm already hearing Targett esque alarm bells...

Targett is a fairly decent player.

Nothing has been agreed. It is still all internet-based speculation.
