Did anyone ever find out why they split ST refunds into individual games

I received a refund for all unattended games to my credit card on 10th July in one payment for myself and my son. No individual payments per game for me.

I got a full refund in early July for a new season ticket which I purchased last season.

However, for the ticket I have held for years, that has only just been refunded in double daily instalments over 3 days.

It's very odd that they couldn't refund them all in the same way.

That might explain staggering the payments overall, but not why each refund is then split into 6 transactions (2 per day over 3 days)

Finally got the last 2 of 7 payments yesterday refunding an adult and an elders ST.

I’m guessing the staged refunds was more to do with an automated system, they are set up to pay back (minus a cut) for re-sold Tix. So perhaps a similar system?

I think it’s because the mechanism already exists to refund individual games but not to send a ‘random looking’ figure to people.

Nah, I paid in full and got installments back. 

The club is refunding and whilst it took a while, everyone will be soreted soon.

yeah I let my 3 roll over and then forgot about it

it will be a nice surprise when we eventually get let back in
although if it goes on for ages I might have to bequeath them

Perhaps depends on what way you paid? I got a full refund to my credit card a weeks ago.
