You'll never know whether we, or any other club, would have given him such an early opportunity. Probably not, but Small Heath had no option because they had nobody better available. What is definite is that he can't be compared to any of our kids because he's a once in a generation talent. He's starring in the Champions League and he's on the verge of being an England regular while still not old enough to live on his own. Good as some of ours are, they're nowhere near that level.

Imagine Grealish and Chukwuemeka linking up next year, could be really special.
both have been linked to Man United.

In related news CDBWF has been 'romantically' linked to both Maya Jama and Alex Scott.

But in this case our boys are Maya and Alex and Man Utd are CDBWF.. (Sorry CD).

We might think that we're mid-table with nothing to play for but Dean has already alluded to a top-half finish triggering bonuses all-round so I don't think he'll be overly-adventurous with blooding the yoof.

I hear you, but it's persisting with these players that has seen us slide down the table. If Barkley was playing well it would be a different conversation.

At last. Glad to see those rumours I keep spreading have caught on.

There's no need to tell it like it is ☹

Arjan Rhaiky looks really good based on clips whenever I see him. Is he highly rated by regular yoof watchers?

Wasn't he in one of Jo Nesbo's stories ?

Yeah he looks good too. It's hard to tell completely as he is more of a defensive player and the games I've watched we have mostly dominated, but he looks comfortable on the ball and quite progressive with his passing.

With Chuk's astounding performances and Aaron Ramsey's goals,Raikhy seems to get overlooked but he also looks the real deal.He is a big lad, likes to put in a tackle but he is also adept at first time passing. Also Kesler looks like he would be better suited to a right side midfield role, pacy, knows when to release the ball , good at driving into gaps and being a right back he fulfils the defensive duties.

I’M told the semi will potentially be at VP on Tuesday 11th or Wednesday 12th...I’ll keep my ears open.

If we get through to the final, could it be played before a crowd? Also any chance of the semis being on telly?

That sounds right as the FA website says the semi-finals have to be played by the 15th and the final by May 29th. Given our QF was played a few days before the 2 on the other side of the draw that would make sense.

I'm really impressed with this lad - he looks as though he's having fun whenever he gets near the ball.
