Quite a few look like good players, DJ Sturridge up front has a good turn of pace.

Keepers distribution leaves a lot to be desired.

Just watching Barry and thinking he  overdribbles going onto his right, then he goes on his left and scores.Nice goal.

I really like the look of Philogene-Bidace (the 14), he's got a lovely fluid running style and low centre of balance. He needs to work on his end product but there's something there.

I also think all of the back 4 look decent, I remember seeing Dom Revan a few years back and thinking he looked solid but really awkward on the ball but he's much more cultured now.

Overall the way we press seems to have been adopted straight from the first team, which is fantastic to see.

There was a lot of good dribbling and attacking play but I thought the no8 stood out as having good positional disclipline, he knitted things together well and used the ball calmly.

That's Chukwuemeka who is incredibly highly rated, he's looked as good as that every time I've seen him (which is only 3-4 games to be fair). I thought the 6 alongside him (who I don't remember seeing before) looked good as well, between them they did a lot of the same work that Luiz and McGinn do for the firsts, just without the massive arse.

Did anyone pay attention to the comments section, I know I shouldnt, there was a Coventry fan trying desperately to get some attention. On a Villa v Wolves u23 game thread. Mind boggles.

first thing I did was hide that, there's nothing worse than the comments section of a live stream on youtube, it makes trumps twitter feed look intellectual.
