Is Wesley lazy or just really easily gassed? He’s leaving jack to chase down the keeper. Ridiculous.

Is Kodjia on the bench?

If so I think we need to sub Wes and bring him on, Wesley sounds like he needs to be pulled out of it at the moment.

I’d be tempted to bring jack into the middle for Angela and get Kodj on the wing

I don’t want to hear anything negative about Wesley.
Probably best to avoid the match thread then.

We have absolutely nothing going forward.

AEG is having a stinker, Wesley is basically immobile and we don't look like we'll score if we play till midnight.

However, for all that, he won't change anything at half time.

Wesley is nowhere near as good as Immobile.

Is it right we haven't had an attempt on goal yet?

Neither have they to be honest for all the huffing and puffing

Not even close to one

Tres is our most in form and threatening attacker. And it’s one of those games where aeg does less than nothing there’s no in between with him.

Yes would go for that although Trez coming on is probably most likely option. Can't see us changing it while it remains 0-0 however.

Drab, Villa. Fuck me. Get Kodjia on, or why have him on the bench every week?

A disjointed performance, but we've looked ok at the back.

Offered nothing going forward, and El Ghazi and Wesley should really be hooked at half time.

El Ghazi is our most frustrating player, in my opinion. Could be a star, but looks lightweight and off the pace more often than not. Garbage today.

A quick look at the stats at half time.
SU: 256 passes. 76% accuracy.
AV: 181 Passes 61% accuracy.
Doesn't make good reading. We seem to have slipped into a coma since the heroics at Man United. On the bright side 0 goals conceded by half time is a good stat. Every cloud and all that.

Takeaways.. I don't like having Jack and SJM on opposite sides. We haven't scored a header all season. We're on the ground a lot. I'm bored.
