The gamble of starting the season with an injury prone rookie, an ageing injury prone championship player and an expensive overseas player who looks like he would struggle in league 1 is coming back to bite us on the arse.

Players aren't up to scratch imo

Yep. Too many players just not up to this league.

I’m starting to dislike targett. He looks like a liability, a really unintelligent player, and he’s starting to put in nasty tackles regularly.

I see Jack couldn't even give away his shirt today. Much like his passing, misplaced.

Is anyone else starting to wonder, “Did we get promoted before we were ready?” After all, we only came fifth in the Championship, and were lucky to get promoted. Perhaps the plan (?) was to win the Championship this season, and get promoted because we deserved to.

I don't agree sorry.  If we hadn't gone up, we'd have had an even bigger rebuilding job to do, as Grealish and McGinn wouldn't be here now.
...and?

I don't understand your 'and?' question.
You’re right to question my question. It was illogical, and I apologise.

You’re right Malcolm. When Mings comes back I’d like that and mings/Engels in the middle.
