Although it's one of the poorest Yanited teams in 30 years they still don't lose that many at home, so I'll take a point. 

I said after Newcastle Jack frustrated me by not backing himself often enough to have a pop at goal from a decent position. I said that if he could get past that he'd be some player.  His goal was the kind of thing I was thinking of and shows what he is capable of.   Shame he didn't put that sitter away...

I think Heaton could and should have claimed the cross for the first goal, and there's been a few like that this season.  Too rooted to his line.

Mings = Tommy Elphick with dreadlocks.  Well not quite but certainly some similarities in the regular bollock-dropping stakes.

To improve we need to cut out the stupid mistakes and improve our fitness.  Sometimes it's that simple, the team that makes the fewest errors comes out on top.

They must have breathed a huge sigh of relief at Stockley Park when they saw that leg.

I think Targett did very well defensively against Daniel James today, who is lightning quick.

JM is a worry, whether its because he needs a rest or that Grealish is playing a more forward role meaning he has to play a more defensive game I'm not sure but we need him firing again. Wesley cannot be faulted for effort and yes he put himself about but he presents little danger to defences.
What I take from the game was the way we went for the win, yes there were mistakes but if we can get a couple of quality players in after Xmas mid table or even better is a strong possibility.

I think that was the best I’ve seen us play all season. Mostly very assured on the ball. Both sides moved the ball around very well. Utd were dizzyingly fast at times, but we were great on the break too. To me, we look like we now belong in the premier league. Grealish in particular is stand out quality. They had three on him at times. I quite like soljkskaer, always have done, but no way would I swap him for Dean Smith. For once I thought the match officials did OK there too. They got a few more of the 50/50s, but you expect that away from home. Really enjoyed the performance and it really is a mark of how far we’ve come in quite a short time, when we’re a bit gutted not to beating them at Old Trafford.

Would have taken a draw before kick off, obviously slightly disappointed that we (as the better side) didn't win. But at least we showed guts to bring it back to 2-2.

The sheer amount of wailing and gnashing of teeth emanating from Old Trafford has cheered me right up. I hope Tottenham and Mourinho stuff them on Wednesday.

Thought we played excellent in spells today. Wesley held the ball up and battled well without ever looking like scoring. Konsa was solid again and Jack was head and shoulders above anyone else on the pitch, just oozes class.
Had tickets in the home end and my god their fans are awful. No atmosphere at all, it was like being at the cinema in the upper tier of the stand we were in, totally out sung by our lot. Well done all.

Yes, Wesley was much better at holding up and linking play today, but as you say he didn't ever look like getting into a dangerous position let alone scoring.
Jack was fouled about half a dozen times and three of their yellow cards were due to fouls on him as they just couldn't cope with him. A draw was the very least we deserved.

It was sloppy play from Mings which eventually led to their equaliser. He does a bit too much of that, but did redeem himself.

I hadn't been to OT for some years, but it is a great stadium;  although like any ground the away facilities always lag behind.
