Not too bad so far against one of the best sides in Europe. We’ve made some poor decisions in attacking positions but it’s understandable when we’ve spent so much time defending. We’ve done a
Good enough job that they’ve started to misplace passes and look a bit under pressure themselves. Wes and Trez disappointing so far. If Wes is going to be a non scoring pivot I’d probably rather have Davis on.

We're holding our own. Just over 12 months ago we couldn't do that against Sheffield United.

Not impressed with Trez at all. 2nd week in a row I haven't been impressed with Wes either. I would rather see Hourihane and a new striker. Shame Abraham had to go back to Chelsea!

Wes even looks lazy. If he is not (which i believe) he is clearly not good enough.

Was the Grealish yellow for the challenge or for complaining? De Bruyne got nothing for full on screaming at the referee.

Also Steve Mcmanaman, please please go join your mate Robbie in Australia you utter plank.

Agree with all above 100%, we need a worldie quality on win January, not just a run of the mill £25 M one. Trez and Wesley doing too much jogging compared with others putting a great shift in

Really getting on my tits.

Decent defending by Villa but we are being hampered by Wesley. In this type of game he needs to put himself about, not stand there bemoaning his lack of opportunities.

I wish Wes would get into the penalty area after he lays the ball off instead of dithering about.

Don't think so. Once Lampard was appointed, he was never getting sold either way. Frank knew exactly how good he was.

It’s disappointing that we have left ourselves only 45 min to score 10. It’s a tall order but I think we can still do it.
