Would've kept Hourihane in tbh.

Interested to see what Trez instructions are today as he couldn't cope at Palace having to do lots of defending and got himself quickly sent off.

Maybe we'll see him play a bit more centrally.

Man. City for second league game running have Kun Aguero on the bench which surprises me, rare that happens.

Can't believe we have had to play against Pope and Jesus in the space of a month.

I like that Douglas and Trez have stepped in for this match.
Line up looks a great balance and these two especially can show what they bring to the party !
Trezeguet showed in opening match v sours that can get us up the pitch and offer a goal threat and Douglas gives us the bit extra with ball possession so can understand these 2.
I feel villa have goals in them that won't be a major worry as likely to score a goal or two but the issue if averaging a 2 goals conceded away from home is the problem
As our the full backs conceding crosses and chances.
On right side been a particular issue

Ederson, Cancelo, Fernandinho, Stones, Mendy, Gundogan, Silva, De Bruyne, Bernardo, Sterling, Jesus.

Those attacking players are something but defence can concede
A good villa performances all round please boys

Up the villa !

Shame that Villa don't have an Ice Hockey team

I'm unreasonably optimistic about this.
