What's the obsession with being on immediately, anyway? Does VillaTim go to gigs and start complaining if the support band are on first? "I want Phil Collins and I want him now!"

Nobody could want that, CD.

True, you can't hurry love...

I presume that's a Phil Collins song.

I daren't Google it after the time a few months ago I Googled the lyrics to the Billy Boys and Youtube took that as an opportunity to 'suggest' me videos of Orange Order marches every time I went on for the next two months.

(They can make a fierce racket with only drums and flutes, especially when they're after passing a Catholic church.)

The Supremes version is good. Just listen to that instead.

Just checked it and you're right.

Still prefer The Crystals, though.

I personally don't give a fiddler's where in the order we're on.  We could be in the Championship, or lower,  ;) when we wouldn't be on at all.

Yes I would think twice about going if that were the case.

True, and they said goodbye with a huge picture of a smiling Jhon Duran behind them at the end. Nice!

Floods in Valencia, the US Presidential election mere days away, and the lead item on the BBC news is Yanited appointing a new manager. ::)

Licence payer funded gibberish again from Mi ca ca ca. Same as it ever was.

Nice to see Ant McPartlin go the full Ronseal ahead of the US election too. He may or may not be under instruction from those benign Saudi dictators and allround Great Lads who fund tha Jawdie peepul now.

But you'd think these pale fellas with all their $ would have advisors who can recommend a better calibre of fake tan. As a bare minimum.

More importantly. Why would any rational person want to dye their skin a different colour?
