Excellent recovery after losing 3 wickets inside the first 11 balls.

We're pretty much owning Worcestershire these days. Let's hope we don't mess up in the knock outs again.

The Bears take their rightful place at the top of the North table.

Utterly hapless 🍐 - won’t get another point in blast this season imho.  A lot of extenuating circumstances this season but you still can’t make it that easy from 7-3

Can't wait for the Bears yo top the North again and get thrashed at home by those buggers Hampshire.

Back to County Championship now, with a game starting on a Sunday.  This is where County cricket is frustrating - just as the Blast gets going and gets some momentum, there is a break for a couple of weeks to play County Championship  games.  Similarly, earlier in the season just as the County Championship got going, there was a break in that.

There need to be clearly defined windows so that competitions can be completed in one block, as it’s just too fragmented at the moment.

Agree, think February would be good for the Scumdred.

Not sure this flip flopping around formats isn’t at the root of a lot of stress fracture injuries that seem to end players seasons early…back in the day of the Sunday 40 over comp in the middle of a championship game the 40 overs wasn’t played with the intensity of.now, particularly the fielding

Yep.

I thought he might have to retire hurt after he took that crack on the hand near the end, but he saw it through. Well done to him and Burgess.

Good fightback from the Bears, recovering from 46/4 to post 350+/8 after being put into bat at Taunton.
