Doesn't get any better
22/5 Hain b Raine 1
Burgess 3
Bresnan 0
25/5 now
Hain left one and ball clipped bail on off stump. I don't think Hain realised he had been bowled until he saw all slip contingent running
past him to celebrate with Raine.
Hold on 25/6
Raine has now bowled Burgess 3.
Briggs walks in to join Bresnan

Having been 30-8 a recovery of sorts.

It is always slightly disappointing when the tail bails out the top order, it is great seeing teams rolled out for really low scores (even if it is Warwickshire). There is something really village about it all.

first target is to get another 20 so we at least haven't got the lowest first innings total of the round.

Bowling looks average though. Not really threatening.

They finish at 88-0 but despite them looking in a very strong position we might get away with it, weather looks rough for tomorrow can see the whole day being lost, only showers and light rain but looks pretty consistent from the early hours until about 6 and then the current predictions are talking about similar showers from early Sunday afternoon right through to late evening.

Damn the British weather, could easily have helped us out but instead what little rain there's been has been far too light to interrupt play.

IPL suspended and domestic players sent home.

It'll be interesting to see how quick the English contingent return and whether they'll be able to play any county games between completing quarantine and the start of the internationals
