Wasn't he a signing that Bruce had done before Smith got here and we were already committed so had to complete the deal?

I’m not convinced  he’d have agreed to a move to the Championship. He’s a fucking good goalie.

Kalinic?! He's shocking! The fella can't/won't/doesn't jump.

Is Percy talking about Heaton, must be.

You're right, Kalinic was utterly shite. I remember being excited by his signing, then watching almost open-mouthed at how bad he was when we got battered by Wigan.

Yes my bad. I thought they were on about Heaton. Assumed it from the thread title.

I reckon De Gea is done there so he will compete with Henderson. Unless they keep a hold of De Gea which would be nuts and sell Henderson.

Think DeGea is going if they can get someone to pay his wages even loan.

Good luck Tom thought he did well until the injury.

was the right signing at the right time for us - the injury was a shame, but it's eventually meant we've ended up with a better keeper. He's still got a good couple of years at the top of his game, doubt he'll be anything more than a bench warmer at Man Utd - he could have been a number one at a mid-table club.

Where's his hunger for the game of football? If he wants to stick in Lancs, help t'Rovers out at Ewood Park. He's turned into just another Scott Carson/Stuart Taylor playing one game every two years and I never thought he would.
£8m + 2 years wages on this toerag?! Suso out! He does look like Deano's little brother/nephew(?) so maybe we can pin the signing on him...

No ambition it seems .Would rather be number 3 keeper  at United than number two at Villa ,always a chance that Martinez could get injured so seems a strange decision but he did the same with Pope at Burnley

might be because of his age a pay rise and a new contract is what he wants

I could see him keeping the shirt if he gets a chance up there.

I would wish him luck, but given who he's signed for, I'll give it a miss.
