we need rid of one of thenm in Januaruy, especially if the wages couldf go on another forward, as I'm not sure Wesley is going to feature much this season.

I’m sure ,I’ve recently seen a film on instagram ofWesley running ,and kicking a ball which would suggest all things being well he will be back be the end of next month.

His latest video which I think was posted in the last week or two is of him training (at Bodymoor I think) with coaches, receiving the ball, running to training dummies, then shooting into small training nets.  All promising, but he may still be a way off being involved with proper contact with other players, then building up actual match fitness, which is obviously when he'll be closer to playing an actual game.  My completely wild guess is we'll see him in January at some point.

I might have imagined this, but I think the ‘injury’ feature they did on C&B podcast, the injury stat nerd from Newcastle said likely Jan return for Wes- given the nature of the injury and there’s no immediate pressure  (I.e a current injury to Watkins) for him to return.

It would be good to have him involved at the end of December when there's more games on.

Good to see that Tom Heaton got 90 minutes in last night for the U23s, would hope he's on the bench sooner rather than later.

It would be heartening to see Tom and Wes get a game before the season's  end.
