No mention of his signing being subject to a VISA?

Is it slightly easier coming from a Commonwealth nation? Hopefully he can play tomorrow and be available for Spurs.

Guessing he's exempt as a Kolpak player? I've only ever heard of the rules being applied to cricket but can't see why they wouldn't apply to football, too.
