All the best dougie - thanks for everything.  Has been a pleasure watching him and the team grow over the last 5 years.

Much as it seems to suit all parties, sad to see him go but have nothing but good words for him, particularly as it has been forced on us.  The fact he is going abroad softens the blow somewhat.

In the first half of last season, his levels were phenomenal.  I think he has more to grow and Juve are getting a great player.

Players come and players go.
I’ve got nothing but good words to say about Luiz, he’s been great for us but we move on. I’ve no doubt we’ll be signing a replacement in the coming weeks.

A really good player who was sensational for us  at times. It's a shame he's gone, but I'm hopeful we won't feel it too much (and his drop off in standard at the back end of last season makes this all feel less painful).

5 years, of improvement in him, and in us. It's a good deal.

That sums it up for me. Very best of luck to him, other than if/when he plays us.

One of our most important players since he joined five years ago. Dont think we will miss him much as we seems to build strong and that says much of us pt that we not are dependent on a one player with world class ability. Thanks for all Dougie as brilliant player you have been for us and good luck in Italy - the "catch the eye - fashion" culture should also suit you.

So of our current starters, who's on penalty duty?

Watkins is always likely to be on the pitch, but he never seems convincing to me.

They will all sign July 1st. As early as tomorrow, but certainly this week those two players plus Barkley will be confirmed.

This felt like a shitty deal when it was first mooted.

And still feels like a shitty deal.

PSR yada yada yada.

But it should hurt Juve (or any other side) if they want to aquire one of our best players.

Instead, they've ponied up two reserves and not much money. Well just about enough to cover a Chuck or Kellyman.

Doesn't feel right at all.

I wish him good luck though. Pleased he wont be playing against us...
There is a chance that we could play them in CL.
