Percy's lovely isn't he? Frequently brings us such good news. Big fan of Paul Weller too.

Couldn't Luiz go to the Embassy of Brazil in London or the Consulate of Brazil in Manchester for a work permit? Havn't a clue myself but just thinking he could save on the air fare!!
It’s not the Brazilian authority who will grant a work permit it’s the British Home Office.

But he'd be out of the country, in a Julian Assange kinda way.
Haha. We need Prince William to order Border Force to set up a temporary desk on the pavement outside the Brazilian Embassy in London and Dougie can get exit stamp on his passport, walk into the building and then post his passport to the British Embassy in Rio for work visa and once they post it back he can walkout and obtain entry into UK through the temporary Border Force desk. Easy really.... ;D

Takes a flask, some cheese and tomato sarnies, maybe a KitKat or Double Decker, whatever's his fancy, something to read, all good. Bish bosh, job done.

This is why we need peter w back on the site.  I'm sure he could rubber stamp Luiz's application while nobody was looking.

You don't need confirmation. If Chelts says it is sorted. You know there is a 60% chance it will get sorted.

Luiz, Trezeguet and two decent signings in the positions mentioned above and I think we will have to go with that.

Hopefully this one gets done soon.

This is the signing I am most excited about - it's the one I can see having the greatest impact on how we play.

If chelts tells us it’s done, it’s done.
