He looks a good player from the YouTube video's should be a good addition to our team and hopefully with the buy back clause he helps keeps us in the Premier League and Man City find somebody else who they prefer in his position.

I imagine work permit and international clearance.  International clearance for Engels too.

Judging by the Weselinho signing, we would announce that we had agreed a deal and were waiting on a work permit, if that was the case.
