Unfortunately what I got from that is mentally Konsa is not that strong.

You mean, he's more human than you thought. As are a lot of players, with complicated backgrounds, who've come from nothing and yet....

Yes, but when he was "begging West Ham players not to score" rather then resolving to not let them score, unfortunately he came across as I mentioned.

I was more interested in Unai's reactions to things personally.

What a letter.  Got me feeling quite emotional.

Easy to forget that there human, and start out there career as kids.  Really interesting to hear about his interactions with Unai and Oillie.

He’s human and shared his emotions with us. Fair play to him.

Interesting take!! How mentally strong do you think you have to be to become a professional footballer in one of the most competitive leagues in the world, Jesus!!

He never says 'owt free from clichés in his usual interviews and Ginny said in his presser today that he (Konsa)'s never that emotional so maybe he got a minion to write it. As long as he means it, I guess..

Yep, surely 99% of anything 'written' by footballers would be ghost written. Which is fine, assuming they were largely his own sentiments polished into something readable.
