Seems to have gone up a level. Really should be in the discussion for an England call-up (not wishing to bring that up again).

He’s made a huge turnaround in the last year. Another player since Emery’s arrival I thought would not have adapted and has completely proved me wrong.

Pleased for him, was becoming one of the scapegoats for some here but he's been great this year.

Also hope that green sweat jacket/hoodie he's wearing will be available for purchase.

Aston Villa is delighted to announce Ezri Konsa has signed a new, long-term contract with the club.

Konsa joined Villa in the summer of 2019 and has gone on to become a mainstay in the heart of defence.

He is now closing on 150 appearances for the club.

An Under-20 World Cup winner with England, he came through the youth system at Charlton Athletic before moving across London to Brentford.

What a shit statement that is.

Great news. It's a pity that the useless muppet in charge of the national team can't see how good Ezri is, and continues to pick the donkey Maguire.....

Good lad. Now, what's the hold up with grumpy-chops Watkins signing a new deal?

Maybe he's grumpy because the club have decided he's not all that and any contract offer isn't very good?
