I said as much in the post-match thread, Ezri could have done better, but equally so should have McGinn in tracking De Bruyne in the first place.
It's not the cross from DeBruyne that's the issue, it was leaving the most dangerous striker in the world alone at the back post.

Which is rarity these days.
