So they do really exist and it's not just a story told by people who claim to know the whereabouts of the Holy Grail or the lost city of Atlantis.

Nor mine.

Carol applied for hers at the same time as me and her card arrived a couple of weeks ago!

There is a pack with a football, a pump, a water bottle (I think) and something else, which escapes me at the moment, but they don't send it to you with the card.

You have to either go and pick it up from the Villa Store - and this is possible only at certain times - or pay, I think, £5 (It was £10 for me as it has to be posted overseas) and send in the voucher you receive in the pack, with the Fan ID written on it.

Other than that, there are four match tickets included too.

I finally got mine on Monday. Ridiculous how long they took (or are taking), especially given that this is literally an A4 printed letter and a standard EFTPOS card with Aston Villa written on it. Ordered/paid for on 22/06/19...
