Well, I obtained claret membership on Saturday morning, took a few minutes. A few minutes later I had my ticket for the Burnley game, with my £10 off. Well pleased. The pack of 'goodies' I'm happy to wait for, this not being something that I am bothered about.
I've had a 2nd mail today to say my "membership pack" is in the post so can only assume it will arrive before we witness another Halley's Comet, (or perhaps not..?)

However, what kind of things are you expecting to obtain in your welcome pack, that might add real value to the obvious advantage of better access to match tickets and £10 off your first one?
Sorry if his has been covered previously but has anyone with a claret membership bought Virgin train tickets using the 20% discount offer yet? I believe you need a membership card which I've not received.
