The most disgusting train journey I have ever endured. We have utter retards as "fans"
Never again.
What happened mate?
Was told there were a load of Villa fans drinking on a green when the players coach went past. Singing, cheating fantastic. A few minutes later a Derby supporter's coach drove past, bottles thrown etc, frightening.
My brother said that 'Arry Redknapp was also spotted driving past and his car got pelted as well. Not needed.
I have supported Villa since 1967 and there have been lots of ups and downs but I think this has been the most dramatic season of all.
When you think we couldn't even pay our bills a year ago to getting promoted yesterday and everything that happened in between you couldn't make it up.
I was so nervous before and during the game that I ended up drinking too much.
The game started at 10pm here so I was well juiced up by the end.
I woke up the wife a couple of times and I am in the doghouse today together with the mother of all hangovers.
I haven't watched the game back yet I thought I would wait until I feel less hung over.
Nothing can spoil that feeling of elation at what we have achieved though.
Looking forward to seeing the fixtures when they come out.
UTV
Good day, I'm going to miss the beautiful Championship though.
Well that’s the Championship (not) for you.
It's a bit like going back to the wife after leaving the mistress, knowing that the wife will be out to make you suffer for the few bits of pleasure you've just had.
Jesus christ my head hurts today, going to watch the game back at some point today as its all a bit of a blur.
Me too
Its funny that when we win a nervous game, even though I know the result I still jump about as if I did not know they would miss when they shoot when watching the play back at home
Its mad really
Does Jed Steer also qualify for a Play-Off winners medal from Charlton ?
William seemed to celebrate the win with Carew like all of us fans, but was that his eldest in the box with him? Anyone know if Woody the Cowboy was there as well?
The owners in happy mood.
I know looks can be deceiving but line up Sawris, Edens, Purslow and Smith againt people like Lambert, Sherwood, Xia, Wyness, Faulkner, Fox etc etc and they just look and sound the business. Whereas the laters genuinely looked like chancers or people way beyond their comfort zone and remit.

That’s exactly what they are.

It's brilliant isn't it. Last seasons play off final was a genuine sliding doors moment. Losing being the ultimate blessing in disguise.
Dean Smith interview coming up on Sky Sports News.
He's got the cup , looks like it's at Villa Park.
Scumbags. Lock them up and ban them for life.
Villa fan on Twitter is trying to crowd fund to cover the damage and the coach fares for those caught up in it.

Unfortunately, while undoubtedly well-intentioned, I think he's going about it the wrong way.
