The booking system now appears to have been updated. It gave me an option to 'upload to season ticket' where previously there wasn't one.

System updated but still not working correctly. Mine gives the option to upload but then asks which card to upload to and none are listed (only had a season ticket for 52 yrs)!  Cannot go past that step!

One of my sons doesn't want to go, can I 'upgrade' his child season ticket to a one-off adult ticket?

Yes, when you get to the basket you can amend it to an adult, did that with mine

It’s not very intuitive but touch the yellow box alongside where you tick the selection and you will see a selection the same as you have already selected. Touch on this to populate and then it will let you move on. Worked for me

Yes you can. You just have to pay the difference.

I personally hope we don't have to play them again if we make the Final, I've no interest in experiencing all the shithousery again. Here's hoping Derby or Boro or stuff them in the semis.

I'll be happy playing anyone in the final. Other teams are more scared of us than we are of them.

I sent an email explaining the issue to the below three email addresses and they eventually fixed whatever the problem was for me.

Playing in a ground with only about 20,000 people in it would be good preparation for visiting the Hawthorns, actually.

Something that irks me on this is the fact there's no sale criteria in between ST holders and 3+ games.

I know a fair few people who have attended a fair few games in the last month or so just to get their booking history to 3 for the playoffs.

As someone who's attended a lot of this season, it's frustrating to not be able to be in the Holte End, which sold out in minutes.

Hopefully there'll be another criteria bracket for the final.

My only criteria for being able to buy a ticket stright away was that I took out 'Claret Membership' a while back.
