Well that was a lot more stressful than I thought it would be...couldn't get online until after 6pm and didn't expect the Holte to be sold out so quickly. Managed to get a ticket in upper Trinity so it's better than nothing. Play semi-final ticket and holiday booked...what a mental few hours of online booking that was!

I don’t get this uploading stuff. Surely our season ticket cards are just left active as long as we’ve paid for the game? Those that haven’t paid in by Sunday are just turned off. There’s nothing to upload really is there?

Not many tickets left apart from Upper Trinity so this won't be going to General Sale.

About 2000 left as of 5 minutes ago.

Season ticket holders have until Sunday to secure their seat so those seats won't be showing. There will be a lot more than 2000 left at the moment.

Correct.  And do you know what else?  The atmosphere on the website was absolutely rubbish.

I stood up while I was waiting.

Logged on at half four and then was 800 ish in the queue when it opened at Five pm. Tickets all sorted by around ten past. Hats off to them I say, especially as the pricing is decent also.

Does anyone know if the ticket office would swap tickets if more become available in the Holte...or would I have to buy another ticket for the Holte and sell the Trinity ticket?

Beginning to get fed up now with this end of season and born again villa fans. Give me the active fan base we had after the defeat at Brentford this season any day

To be fair, that’s more than a bit miserablist...we all want to watch good football and get good results, and both of those things come hand in hand with success and bigger crowds. I’m sure we all want to see the team performing well and have Villa Park rocking every week, and for the club to be successful both on and off the pitch. If more fans are coming back after the years of shite served up under previous owners and management then that can only be a good thing.

Anyone having trouble uploading on to there season cards? Soon as I put upload to card as a collection method nothing works.

It wouldn't upload to mine. I've ended up getting an e ticket.

I gave up trying and did that as well.

The strange thing is,  the mate I sit next to asked me to sort his and it was letting me upload his to his card but not mine. What a kerfuffle.

This is exactly what happened to my brother i law.

Every time he tried to put his number in, mine appeared.  He ended up giving up and getting print offs after several attempts.

Ironically, I flew through mine and it uploaded to my card no problem. (Famous last words).

I clicked paid for posting, as it was just the default for away tickets, so I guess I'll get that, rather than having paid a quid for somebody to upload it.

I very much doubt any season ticket holders would pass up the opportunity of taking their seat. Even if they couldn't go, they'd pass their ticket on.

Over the moon we have turned it round and made the Semifinals. The one thing that will get on my tits , is the “Big Game Twats” , the ones who turn their backs to the pitch telling other supporters to sing . F*ck off
