You log in using your email/password. It says you’ve got a seat reserved (your usual s/t seat). You go through the rigmarole of entering your card details. You click buy and it confirms. It then says your ticket will be uploaded to your card once purchase is compete. You get an email confirming that the transaction has been finalised. Nowhere does it ask you to upload the ticket onto your card and how would you do that anyway?

An Albion mate of mine rang their ticket office and whilst buying tickets he asked what days and times the play off games would be. They told him that "If it's Villa then it's definitely 5:15 on the Saturday and at home on the Wednesday".

you cannot get to payment without selecting a delivery option   which only gives collection, post or e-ticket options! AVFC instructions show how to upload ticket to card but instructions DO NOT WORK as option to upload is not shown as it should be. I want my upper trinity seat and there is no option for that so got to phone anyway which is proving impossible - phoned 43 times and last 10 or so times just cuts you off after 5 mins and you start all over again. Their online and phone systems are not working as they should be - get it sorted Villa

Interesting!

To be honest I don't think anybody really knows. Being as Villa have gone with the 12:30 KO, I'd assume it'll be that for now if we're playing the Albion.

I did mine ok last night. I don’t think I clicked on a delivery option which then just took me straight through to completion.

I think Derby may end up drawing with the Albion and Boro beating Rotherham.

Boro have a bit of a sign over Leeds, so it wouldn't surprise me if they did them over two legs.

I think it was working ok last night as my mate got his loaded onto his card without a problem. Seems to have gone to pot today - the process isn't like the blurb they emailed out, and the only options I had were collect, post or e-ticket and you could only go to payment by selecting one of those options. Maybe the volume of traffic today is causing issues. Phone calls just dropped out after exactly 5 minutes as well.

I couldn't get it to work last night either at midnight when no volume of traffic!

I have just received an email that appears to indicate that STs will have the game loaded onto their card when they pay for it.  Or have I misunderstood?

There's only two people working in the ticket office behind the counters today. Madness really when we've got 40k tickets to sell. No wonder they told everyone to try online instead!

Are Season Ticket holders allowed to purchase extra tickets?
No. I enquired about this at the ticket office whilst purchasing my ST allocation. Every sale at the moment must have a ID assigned and extras can be purchased at GS.
