You log in using your email/password. It says you’ve got a seat reserved (your usual s/t seat). You go through the rigmarole of entering your card details. You click buy and it confirms. It then says your ticket will be uploaded to your card once purchase is compete. You get an email confirming that the transaction has been finalised. Nowhere does it ask you to upload the ticket onto your card and how would you do that anyway?
An Albion mate of mine rang their ticket office and whilst buying tickets he asked what days and times the play off games would be. They told him that "If it's Villa then it's definitely 5:15 on the Saturday and at home on the Wednesday".

AVFC instructions show how to upload ticket to card but instructions DO NOT WORK as option is not shown.

I don’t think I clicked on a delivery option which then just took me straight through to completion.

Seems to have gone to pot today - the process isn't like the blurb they emailed out, and the only options I had were collect, post or e-ticket and you could only go to payment by selecting one of those options. Maybe the volume of traffic today is causing issues. Phone calls just dropped out after exactly 5 minutes as well.

I have just received an email that appears to indicate that STs will have the game loaded onto their card when they pay for it. Or have I misunderstood?
