Indeed, been a top player for us and massive in our turnaround. But time to move on.

I don’t think we’ll see him in a Villa shirt again. Looks done for him at this level for us even as a back up. Can see him at Coventry or back to Ipswich.

Thanks for your service Ty.

He can play against Liverpool and have a good send off since we'll be in the Europa League final with Champions League secured by then.

I'll have one of what you're having. Actually, make it a double.

Give him a run out against the Dippers and move him on, thanks for the efforts.

Great guy and stalwart for us. But he was in RDZ dreams last night and not in a good way.  Doesn't even seem defensively solid any more. Got caught under crosses tonight. Think he should consider retiring in the summer.

Yes, think that is the case sadly.  Been a big part in getting the club back up and established in the higher reaches of the top flight and will rightly be remembered fondly for that.  It's become almost painful to watch him with the ball now though as he slows everything down to walking pace and makes us easy to defend against when he has the ball.

I think that Pau vs. Mings debate has, sadly, been put to bed.

It should have been a very long time ago.

I have said it for a while.

Context is a lot.

2019 he came, he saw (he probably learnt from JT - grudging) and he was unreal.

He has been immense.

The man is a Vila Legend - helped us go from nobodies in Chumpionships to playing in ECL.

It is time to move on - Ty and Villa.

The more he plays for us, the less the legend title is holding. Remember he was Captain today and he should have been rollicking the others directly on the pitch for their attitude. Instead he was doing nothing at all like the rest of them.
