Really good interview (as usual) with him on TNT after the game. He speaks so intelligently.

And a handsome bastard to boot
let me add this here so people can see and hear

Amazing Guy. Great professional.

and in the interview i would think he referring to McGinn and Rogers on particularly with the pressing first half .

also regarding game plan and the fact Martinez played ball long and direct up to Rashford who made the run and Sabe sent off for fouling him.

Mings has certainly bought in and attentive to Emery and think he’s a great credit because he knows he has to be on top form to be selected ahead of Pau but what Mings also offers is invaluable.

I'm not so sure he is anymore.

That Hunter chap is not so amusing in my book.

Back To Mings.
I was saying on The International Player watch Mings should be in the England squad but Newcastle Big Dan Burn has been given opportunity ahead of him.
For why? Would we rather have him at Villa than Mings ? No.

England mistake there though I could see him get called up if there are drop outs so won’t be surprised if he’s was one of the 55 Tuchel spoke with and he could well be called up after drop outs.

Sorry, neither of them make the top 50. https://www.thetoptens.com/people/coolest-people/

It does seem a rather eclectic list, but I'm sure Footy will agree with the No. 1 choice.

I got to #1 and had learned all I needed to know about the person who compiled it.

Jesus is pretty cool. Shame it didn't imprint on his followers, but the dude himself is fine with me.

I'm more perturbed by the likes of Michael 'paedo' Jackson, Will 'I'm gonna slap you' Smith and Tony 'I'm good at rolling' Hawk.

I ‘m firmly in the camp of not wanting Mings playing more games than he should and want him to concentrate on playing for us. The England set up never really treated him that well anyway, even though he never put a foot wrong when called upon, so they can f***ing do one as far as I’m concerned. In fact I’m not a fan of Villa players playing for England full stop….it always seems to have a negative effect one way or the other.
