I don't think we can claim Salah or Mac Allister for England now, now matter how much you try to Anglicise the latters surname.

That Salah wouldn't get a game anyway. Not when the likes of Mount and Sancho are around.

Mings should be playing left centre back for England ahead of Maguire.

It's a huge injustice that he wasn't even in the squad. He's never let England down.

It does appear that Grealish although not showing his absolute Villa form, gets the nod because he now plays for the other team.

He has had the maverick drilled out of him and is now perfect for Gareth's cloggers

Mings and Archer both up for an award.

So obvious to me and barely talked about, even by us.

It's no coincidence that our form has coincided with him back to his imperious best

Our center half/quarterback has played a massive part in our transition this season.

Fantastic in recent months.

We must accept that his propencity for a lack of concentration is never going to be beaten out of him.  However, for his leadership and ability to appear from nowhere to make a last ditch clearance often saves us from conceding. He's a frustrating player because at his best he is brilliant, and at his worst a train wreck.  Still love him.
