He paid a lovely tribute to the 3 departing players today. Tyrone is a real team player with a great attitude in the changing room and on the pitch. A top bloke!

Those that boo the taking a knee would stop if the tv camera panned to them live.

They would also stop if 6’5” Tyrone Mings was standing right in front of them. Very brave at a distance.

I'm also pleased for Tyrone making the Euros squad.

I mean just why does he have this in him? He would be great if he just didn't do rash stupid shit like this but it's absolutely in him so in turn you simply can't fully trust him. He really baffles me sometimes.

Christ, was he watching Rudiger's "assault" on De Bruyne last weekend and felt emboldened by it?!

Eyeing up a switch in code to Gaelic football it seems.

That "tackle" was insane. Mings does have a moment of madness in him.

It wasn't a tackle, he was protecting himself from the player running into him... Robustly.

A lucky boy not to get sent off for that and give away a penalty. Hopefully that's his mistakes for the summer out of his system.

According to the great unwashed down the road, he's a 'walking red card'. You'd think that watching us as much as they do that they'd realise he's only been sent off once in the last two seasons, and that was for two yellow cards.

That player had made a back for him earlier. So Mings got his retribution in there. A sending off all day long.

It was a moment of madness for sure, I think it will concern Southgate.  But he's not playing anywhere near as badly as people are making out.  He made a superb block in the second half that's not getting mentioned.  There's a lot of hate out there for Mings and I'm not sure why, he's a good, dominant defender, strong as an ox, brave as a lion and an absolutely top bloke.
