The problem being is what will we do in a couple of seasons time when his legs have started to go? We need to bring in someone to follow him and play the last 15/20 minutes to gradually take over his place. Genuinely think he is playing better than ever before, and he was always fucking awesome. While it annoys us, I suspect Unai managing his minutes plays a big role.

He's unique, there's not another player around like him. The beauty of it is how Emery has taken those unique characteristics and exploited them in a way I doubt any other manager would have done.
