I see McGinn is back from his three week bender in Dublin. Disgraceful.

I heard he was spotted in the Temple Bar area at three in the morning drunkenly singing  My Lovely Mayo Mammy.

Let's hope the hangover has cleared by 3pm then, huh?
We've struggled badly without him or Kamarra to fill those deeper midfield positions. Luiz is class but he needs a strong tackler alongside him to make the formation effective.

I imagine a rested McGinn is going to be even more motivated than usual for this one, as long as he channels it in the right way rather than the one that got him sent off it could be decisive tiday.

I bet he can’t wait for this. We’ve missed him, be ace to see him score today.

Let's hope he doesn't have any further episodes of  aggressive lunacy. If he can retain his cool, he'll be a valuable asset for remaining games. Offers so much to the midfield .
If Villa were at full strength squad, he may not be able to just walk right into the team, but I forecast Ginny will start and captain the team today. So I say welcome back SJM a captain's performance today please !
If he doesn't start then Emery is trying to make a point and I hope that doesn't happen.

I heard he was serenading female passers-by with "When they begin the McGinn" before heading heading to Zaytoon for a kebab.

Lunacy you say? Of course he's going to start.

It’s not as if McGinn normally loses his head? He's enthusiastic yes, but generally pretty well behaved and been a brilliant player for well over a year now.

Yes, one rash tackle in a season of marauding arse-led excellence.

Indeed, but if footy is advocating for less lunacy there is hope for his future posts.
