Btw, we're people as angry as some have been over McGinn when Boubacar Kamara got sent off at Brentford after Emi Martinez had stupidly got involved with Neal Maupay?

(Edit for clarity)

Probably not, but then

a) We won the game
b) We didn't go on to ship 4 goals to our closest top 4 rivals wiping out our goal difference over them

Anyone know what the recall provisions are on Sanson and Dendonker?

*ducks for cover*

Can’t be done.

Yeah, I think so.  Although possibly more so at Emi than Bouba.

For the "woe-to-us" brigade, although I think it was more Torres getting injured in the same match, our record after that was draw to Sheffield Utd, loss to Manure and win against Burnley.

As for my reaction to Kamara, I was furious the ref decided a tap to the face was a straight red, but a running two handed shove to the chest right in front of him, and multiple wild swings of his arms on other players was only a yellow. There is something wrong when any slight hand to face is classed as violent conduct and the other acts are not.

And I was angry at Martinez for continuing it with Maupay when we had all the space at the back to play it around because he was on the ground so were down to 9 men when trying to press.

I've loved Morgan from the start and always will.

I remember quite a few moaning about it but i suppose you would when they're such key players and we've lost so many others to injury (Bouba and McGinn).

I was definitely pissed and am at McGinn. You can't do a cynical foul with that much force, it's incredibly dumb. When it's that obvious you're not playing the ball then you are simply risking a red.

Tonight shows why it’s so bloody annoying that he made that challenge on Sunday. He was very good, he’s going to be a big miss.

Have we not appealed? It was yellow only, theplayer didn't even go down initially.

We need to start pressuring officialdom just like our peers do and seemingly get away with

This. Just to clarify i was still pissed off more because he missed a further 3 games. Mcginn missing 3 games at a crucial period.

Mcginn did what romaro did vs chelsea. Lost his head and it cost us dearly

The worry is they decide the appeal is frivolous and he gets an extra game ban. TBH I don't think it was an obvious error and could have been yellow or red decision. But then I didn't think the Everton one was an obvious error either, especially as two refs and an assistant all came to the same conclusion, but that one was overturned.

It’s not a yellow, the ball had gone and he didn’t just trip him he booted him. It wouldn’t get overturned.

C'mon, if "Madders" Maddison had done the same to him, we would have screamed blue-murder. It was a terrible challenge and he was rightfully fucked-off. A nice Easter break for him in Dublin now, he'll be right as rain for the run-in.
