With his weak foot aswell, if I tried that with my left foot I'd end up fouling myself.

And me - but not in a football sense :(

Yes, but can he do it in Andorra-la-Vella on a cold winter night?

I could score a hat-trick against San Marino, but tbf Scotland and San Marino are on an equal leval. How we got this guy for £3m is beyond me, absolute next level.

He did it today on a pitch that looked like the set of Singin' In The Rain.

Look it's great he got a hat-trick in an international but even SHA's reserves could beat San Marina.

Great news is that he will have a proper break at the end of the season. It's a win win.

I see Man Utd fans clamouring for SJM's signature according to the B'ham Mail. Will we be able to fend them off??

I’m not sure McGinn’s head is easily turned to be honest.  Not because I am biased about Villa, but because of everything we see and hear about the man.  He does appear to be very grounded, to the point the other players take the piss out of his boring normal car, so I can’t see him rushing out the door for a few extra million a year somewhere else.

Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure if he felt he had to move to continue to progress and a club that could offer him a bigger challenge came in then he would be sensible and go. But I don’t see that being Man United in the next twelve months.

YES. I don't think they will pay the £100M  fee. I was away on a trip with a couple of manure fans last week. Both from the greater Manchester area and they couldn't stop talking about John.
