It was a purely down to a massive slice of luck and probably forgetfulness that he didn't get a second yellow for the handball. Two yellows leading to a red would have only been a one match ban wouldn’t it? Back for the playoffs. Ordinarily, yes, but that would have given him 15 yellows in total leading to the three match ban, ie out for the Norwich game and the first two play off games.

Are yellow cards reset for the play offs? If he picks up a booking in the first leg that doesn't mean he's out for the 2nd leg and potential final does it?Can only a red card at some stage of the 2 legs prevent anyone missing the final now?
You wouldn't want to take anything away from his game because he has been immense but 14 bookings is way too many.
Do the club fine players for receiving bookings or reaching certain number of bookings?
Absolutely. My question still stands though, and I'd imagine any fine process would take into consideration unfair or incorrectly awarded bookings.
